Liberia emerging hydrocarbon industry given a boost

By Peterking Quaye, In Monrovia – The major industry event for the mining and energy and emerging oil industry of Liberia has started and Shout-Africa’s visit to the venue has revealed that there has been a huge increase in exhibitors and  attendance by visitors. The event started on Tuesday 9th and ended on 11th April. The event, which was inaugurated in 2011 by President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, brought together about 40 exhibiting companies worldwide to market Liberia’s natural resources to the world and explore the potential for investment in the country. High praise has been given to the South African Achievers Awards committee for pulling off their first awards evening and Gala dinner on 13th April 2013 in London, UK. KLM celebrates the best of Zimbabwe by sponsoring its Achievers Awards

For the first time, KLMRoyal Dutch Airlines will be sponsoring the Zimbabwe Achievers Awards (ZAA) in the UK, which are taking place in London on 20th April,  2013.
