By Own Correspondent – The treason trial involving Lt General Lang Tombong Tamba, ex-chief of defence staff and Rear Admiral Sajor Fofana, ex-chief of naval staff, yesterday failed to proceed at the special criminal court in Banjul owing to the absence of the prosecution witness. The accused persons, Justice Amina Saho Ceesay, Justice Ngui Mboob Janneh and Justice Safiatou Njie (who is said to be out of the jurisdiction), and two other judicial staff, Huruna Jaiteh, ex-Judicial Secretary, and Alhagie L.S.
