By Own Correspondent – Reporters Without Borders condemns the jamming of some of the programmes of Short Wave Radio Africa (SWRA), a London-based radio station staffed by Zimbabwean exile journalists that broadcasts to Zimbabwe. Somalia’s al-Shabaab warn Uganda of fresh attacks
