NAIROBI -President Kibaki has left the country to attend the opening ceremony of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and will miss the Budget Speech. It will be the first time in Kenya history that a sitting president has missed the presentation of the Budget in Parliament. Perceptions of SA immigrants living in the UK and the SA government took a knock along with intentions to visit the country in future.
