By Own Correspondent – Drama ensued this morning in Kasangati trading centre in Wakiso district when the president of the opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC), Col. Kiiza Besigye was arrested and detained at Kasangati Police station. The police and other security organizations have accused Besigye of organising a demonstration against high fuel and commodity prices in Uganda.
