Ugandan President Museveni Wins Vote as Opposition Rejects Result

The Chief of Staff of the army, Lieutenant President consoles a child in Amana Hospital General, Abdulrahman Shimbo, told reporters in Dar es Salaam yesterday that the Muhimbili National Hospital alone recorded more than 83 injuries and 18 deaths.
