Liberia: Government gives duty free on imported sanitation goods

…As part of measures to fight Ebola – By: WASH R&E “Media” Network – In the wake of the spread of the deadly Ebola virus and in continuation of efforts to combat the disease, the Liberian Government has announced duty free on the importation of sanitation commodities into the country. According to President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, such commodities include chlorine, soap, sanitizers, fliers and buckets. African call centers have moved from telephone calls into SMS text messaging
