Nigeria: Daniel Wilson, Anogiri and other stars set to feature in “Shoot My Videos”
By Shout-Africa Correspondent – Popular Nigerian music stars, Daniel Wilson,(aka Mr. Raggamuffin), Anogiri and Nollywood star, Jummai Joseph will headline Nigeria’s latest reality TV show, Shoot My Videos.
The reality TV show, described as first-of-its-kind in Nigeria, is a weekly 30 minutes television show,that seeks to help young up-and-coming musical acts, kick start their career, by producing a free musical video for them.
Packaged by Abuja-based frontline entertainment company, Don Dollar Entertainment (DDE), Shoot my Videos will help unknown talents in the Nigerian music scene realise their ambition, to shoot musical videos.
To realise this, DDE has secured the services of some of Nigeria’s best music video directors such as Clarence Peters, Aje and Patrick Ellis among others to make it worth the while for the young acts.
“It is a common trend in Nigeria that most talented artistes find it difficult to shoot music videos for their produced songs, this is an opportunity to realise it,” said Chuks Iwunoh ceo of Don Dollar Entertainment.
