The training is aimed at building self awareness and leadership styles. The program will be designed to cultivate and strengthen the following skills which we believe are critical to successful leadership namely: to be result oriented and efficiently take plans to action; to be resilient in ambiguous and resource contrained environments; to understand the dynamics of individual and group relationships in order to lead others; to creatively persuade through facts and stories; to be self aware of personal strengths and limitations and finally to have unrelenting passion.
