Specialist medical treatment for Zimbabweans now affordable in India
Zimbabwean’s have been going to South Africa for specialist medical treatment that is not available here for many years, and over the years treatment in South Africa has become expensive, notwithstanding the fact that they are our closest neighbours, and to be quite honest the whole of Africa south of the equator has sought treatment in South Africa for decades. But this is about to change for Zimbabweans, as we join the rest of the world in seeking treatment where its not only cheap, but technologically advanced. Countries like the United Kingdom and America have been sending patients to India for treatment. This is mainly because of the level of expertise in that market as well as the cost factor, its to do with numbers , services have to be cheaper when catering for as a large population as India has.
