Sweden: Harnosands FF Signs another Liberian
By Peterking Quaye – Former Mighty Barrolle and Monrovia FC striker Prince Somah, has been signed on by Harnosands for this season. Somah joins the Swedish 2nd division outfit Harnosands FF due to results produced last season by another Liberian player.
Among player that are playing for the team are defensive midfielder Arnold Kennedy and striker Victor Carr. Somah inclusion has increased the number of Liberians players on her rooster this season, meanwhile Monrovia FC and IK Viking last season top goal netter James Teaway Jr. and Swedish 3rd division side Sundsvall IFK Liberian goal producer Anthony Allison Striker Allison arrived at the club last month after spending few weeks on tryout across Sweden searching for a higher level club.
Speaking to Prince via his social media platform facebook, he said the Liberians at the club are doing well and was very happy to be in the team , “l am pleased to be signed by the team and l am going to make the fans happy”, he added.
Harnosands FF finally caught the Liberian to partner with his colleagues for a bright season. Swedish football is fast and the coaching here are friendly and encouraging, we love the style of administration and we will put in our best to secure qualification this season, Teaway narrated.
In a related development goal netter Allison was on target for the club in the 24th minutes during their 1-0 victory away to Elk Mets during a friendly game, the club also whipped Solleftea 2-0 on March 29.
