KAMPALA- Kenyan presidential elections have kicked off this morning amidst fear of violence. The elections started at 6:46 am African time and 47 counties are taking party in the elections which is being conducted by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) of Kenya and is the first elections to be held under its body. The Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) says mobile phone users have a 90-day window period within which to register their lines failure to which they would be permanently be deactivated.
