The 2010 FIFA World Cup Organising Committee Fails To Pay Volunteers On Time

JOHANNESBURG – The 2010 FIFA World Cup Organising Committee has confirmed that it is still in the process of paying volunteers and that all volunteers will be paid for their service during the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The OC said it has taken the decision to put in place one payment process for the distribution of stipends to volunteers. Lunga Kama Presents Two New Bodies Of Work

Brodie/Stevenson is pleased to present two new bodies of work by Lunga Kama. Kama’s new colour self-portrait, titled Ze (Xhosa for ‘nude’), comprises four separate panels and continues the artist’s investigations into imaging black masculinity. Specifically, Kama is interested in how aspects of sexuality and self-reflexivity are made manifest through representations of the physical body.
